Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek was born in Mexico, to parents of Spanish and Lebanese descent. Her family was a wealthy Roman Catholic family from Mexico. The young girl was influenced at a young age to become an actress through the film 'Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory'. Following her studies at Mexico City's "Universidad Iberoamericana," she considered herself ready for the industry of film. In the following years, she established her own production company called Ventanarosa. Her first film was the Mexican El Coronel No Quien Le Escriba.' It became Mexico's official entry for the Oscars for the 'Best Foreign Film. The production she was the executive producer of "Ugly Betty" was a different accomplishment. The 1959 Primetime Emmy Awards nominated her for "Outstanding actor in Comedy Series" in the performance of Sofia Reyes. Her endorsements include Revlon and Avon, as well as Nuance, her hair care line. cosmetic, and skin products Nuance.
